I just created a new branch for 0.3.  This is the first step in getting ready for MidnightBSD 0.3-RELEASE.  

Bug reports and suggestions for the release should be discussed on this list.  We also need to get mports in shape. Our target for this release is i386 and amd64.  There are some bugs with sparc64 that aren't essential to iron out for this release, but if possible it would be nice to add that as an officially supported platform.
