[Midnightbsd-mports] OSVERSION Variable

A quick heads up for port maintainers.  The OSVERSION variable has
changed from representing the version of FreeBSD that your version of
MidnightBSD is based on, to the version of MidnightBSD.  For example,
OSVERSION used to be 601000 in the 0.2.x series; it is now something
like 2000.
