[Midnightbsd-cvs] missing www/firefox entry in /usr/mports/INDEX

The www/firefox port exists, but it does not work properly. It was
committed to help developers work on it collaboratively. Without
looking, I would assume it is not listed in mports/www/Makefile and
that is why it is not in the INDEX.

Makefile
linux-firefox, opera, linux-opera, www/mozilla (minus LDAP), linux-
seamonkey and seamonkey (only browser part) work as well as several
other fringe browsers like lynx, dillo, etc. We do need to look at
it again though. :)
