[Midnightbsd-cvs] mports: print/foomatic-db-engine: this has got to be the lamest hack

this has got to be the lamest hack i've ever done on a port.  There are 15+ variables it goes through to figure out the prefix to install and only 4 files in the entire port were double faked.  Just move them into place.
