  mail/thunderbird: new port, version 147.0

Self-contained source build (no USE_GECKO); uses LLVM 19 and Rust
via lang/rust. Patches include MidnightBSD wifi scanner fix (ieee80211
types guarded by __MidnightBSD__ exposed when building with FreeBSD
target triple), mozinfo.py MidnightBSD detection, and config.guess
target override.

devel/rust-cbindgen: update to 0.29.2

Required by Thunderbird 147 (minimum cbindgen 0.29.1).
