  www/waterfox: add Waterfox browser port

Add a new Waterfox port based on the FreeBSD port.

Fix WASI-related ports to use tool paths from LLVM_PREFIX (avoids broken * wrappers).

Update gecko framework for MidnightBSD builds: use LLVM_PREFIX clang/llvm-objdump, avoid exporting PERL on non-arm, and define __MidnightBSD__.
