  net/libfabric: add MidnightBSD to configure OS detection

The configure script only accepts Linux, OS X, and FreeBSD; it rejects
midnightbsd4.0. Treat midnightbsd like FreeBSD since MidnightBSD is
FreeBSD-based and all FreeBSD-specific code paths apply.

  ftp/curl: default to wolfSSL on MidnightBSD

curl 8.19 requires OpenSSL 3 when built with the OpenSSL backend. Default to wolfSSL on MidnightBSD 3.x and 4.x, and avoid enabling libssh2 and TLS-SRP in that default option set.
