Import foot, alacritty, and kitty from FreeBSD ports with the supporting dependency ports needed to build them in mports.

  devel/p5-threads: fix build with Perl 5.40

PL_no_mem was removed from Perl 5.40 internals. Add a compatibility
define so threads 2.21 builds against the new headers.
