  mail/dovecot24: add Dovecot 2.4.4 port

New port for Dovecot 2.4.x, which is not backward compatible with 2.3.x.
Includes CONFLICTS_INSTALL to prevent coinstallation with the 2.3.x port.
Adds Flatcurve (Xapian) FTS support replacing removed Lucene plugin.
Removes libwrap, director, replicator, and old-stats components.
Installs migration warning pointing users to the 2.3->2.4 upgrade guide.
