  lang/spidermonkey128: disable parallel build on i386 (#166)

The i386 package build fails during the parallel Mozilla build with only the top-level gmake error visible in truncated logs. Disable make jobs for i386 so Magus can build this port serially while leaving other architectures unchanged.
