  x11-wm/plasma6-kwin: add MidnightBSD to supported platforms, bump PORTREVISION

CMake configure failed with "Unsupported platform MidnightBSD" because
src/utils/CMakeLists.txt only checked for Linux and FreeBSD. MidnightBSD
uses the same KERN_PROC_PATHNAME sysctl interface as FreeBSD, so extend
the FreeBSD branch to also match MidnightBSD.
