  magus: honor flavor when checking IGNORE

Check IGNORE with the port flavor before starting a Magus build so flavor-specific ignores are recorded as skips instead of build failures.

  magus: skip ignored ports during indexing

Include IGNORE in describe-yaml and have the Magus indexer mark ignored ports as skipped so they never enter the build queue.

Also pass OSREL and OSVERSION when indexing non-default flavors so OS-specific ignore rules are evaluated consistently.
