## Summary by Sourcery

Add new Ruby gem ports and dependencies to support GitLab observability,
tracing, and JSON schema validation, and wire them into the ports tree
indexes.

New Features:
- Introduce rubygem-gitlab-labkit and its observability-related
dependencies for GitLab.
- Add ports for OpenTelemetry exporter, SDK, and all-in-one
instrumentation bundle variants used by GitLab.
- Add new ports for Prometheus mmap metrics client, Jaeger client,
OpenTracing API, JSON schema tooling, and supporting gems including
thrift, hana, and OpenSSL 3.

Enhancements:
- Register the new Ruby gem ports in the devel and security category
Makefiles so they are built and indexed with the rest of the tree.
- Adjust the Ruby thrift gem build to tweak compiler flags for
compatibility during staged installation.
