  devel/libmaa: fix fake install and align with FreeBSD port

- Add CFLAGS+= -fPIC and FAKE_OPTS= trueprefix for correct mkcmake DESTDIR install
- Add MKCOMPILERSETTINGS=yes so mk-configure auto-generates compiler settings
- Add WWW line; clean up stale MAKE_ARGS and NO_CONFIGURE
- Keep post-patch to uncomment SHLIB_TEENY, producing libmaa.so.4.1.0
- Remove DOCS option and doc plist entries (FreeBSD port carries no docs either)
- Fix post-install strip path: use ${PREFIX} (not ${FAKE_DESTDIR}${PREFIX})
