  net-mgmt/tcpreplay: update to 4.5.2

Fix the failing test target by using POSIX character classes in the packet list parser and correcting tcpedit layer-4 bounds pointers used by portmap and TCP sequence rewrites.

Use the bundled libopts tearoff to avoid runtime linkage to the unowned libopts shared library reported by package QA.
