  archivers/c-blosc2: disable tests

4 tests fail on MidnightBSD (test_b2nd_save, test_b2nd_save_append,
test_schunk_frame, test_sframe_lazychunk); two of them SEGFAULT.
All involve frame/file I/O operations. Disable testing until the
root cause is understood.
