Add new commands introduced in 7.4.0: git-continue, git-get,
git-rename-file, git-unwip, git-wip (binaries and man pages).

Fix bash completion path: upstream changed from
etc/bash_completion.d/git-extras to
etc/bash-completion/completions/git-extras.
