  benchmarks/vkpeak: update vendored ncnn to 20260113

vkpeak 20260112 requires ncnn API members added after 20220419:
physicalDevicefeatures, physicalDeviceProperties, queryShaderBfloat16Features,
queryShaderFloat8Features, queryShaderIntegerDotProductFeatures,
support_VK_KHR_cooperative_matrix, queryCooperativeMatrixSubProperties.

Update ncnn GH_TUPLE to 20260113 and update glslang to the matching
commit from nihui's glslang fork pinned by ncnn 20260113.
