  devel/rubygem-uuidtools: fix license name; japanese/canna-lib: guard missing file

uuidtools: APACHE20 is not a recognized license identifier; change to Apache-2.0.
canna-lib: post-patch sed fails if include/widedef.h doesn't exist in distfile.
