  devel/sdl20: fix plist for 2.32.10

Update the plist to match the shared library filename installed by SDL 2.32.10 so fake/package no longer fails on a stale libSDL2 entry.

Also normalize the KMSDRM_USE assignment so portlint does not reject the port.
