  x11-fonts/uw-ttyp0: add fonttosfnt dep and update plist

- Add fonttosfnt:x11-fonts/fonttosfnt to BUILD_DEPENDS; without it the
  build fails when trying to generate OTB fonts
- Rewrite pkg-plist to match actual installed files: unicode-variant PCFs
  (*-uni.pcf.gz) and the newly-generated OTB fonts; drop stale
  per-variant PCF entries (i01, i02, etc.) that are no longer built
- Add @dir entries for both font subdirs and fc-cache @postexec
