  japanese/canna-lib: fix build on MidnightBSD (machine/ansi.h removed in 4.0)

MidnightBSD sets __FreeBSD_version to its own version number (e.g. 400003),
which is < 500000 and triggers old code paths requiring machine/ansi.h.
Add __MidnightBSD__ guards to route MidnightBSD through the modern FreeBSD path.
