  multimedia/kodi: fix MidnightBSD build

Teach Kodi's CMake checks to use FreeBSD platform support on MidnightBSD, use the migrated libuuid provider, and declare the port SQLite dependency. Also fix fake staging paths and ship TexturePacker/SSE outputs needed by the plist.
