  x11-toolkits/libspelling: update plist (#577)

## Summary
- refresh pkg-plist for libspelling 0.4.10's current install set
- account for libspelling-1.so.2, spelling-dictionary.h, updated
generated docs, and installed locale catalogs
- fixes Magus port 2191253 fake/package plist failure

## Validation
- bmake fake
- bmake package
- portlint -C (0 fatal errors; NLS and maintainer-mode warnings only)
- git diff --check -- x11-toolkits/libspelling

## Test note
- bmake test runs, but upstream test-engine fails with:
GLib-GObject-FATAL-CRITICAL: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT
(object)' failed
- 3 of 4 tests pass

## Summary by Sourcery

Refresh the pkg-plist for x11-toolkits/libspelling to match the files
installed by version 0.4.10 and resolve plist-related packaging
failures.

Build:
- Update the pkg-plist entries for x11-toolkits/libspelling to reflect
the current shared library, headers, documentation, and locale catalog
files installed by the port.

Chores:
- Fix the Magus plist mismatch error for x11-toolkits/libspelling by
aligning the packaged file list with the actual install set.
