  x11-fonts/intlfonts: Fix build/packaging after 1.4.2 upgrade (#592)

Fixes the build and packaging issues for port ID 2190983
(x11-fonts/intlfonts) after the 1.4.2 upgrade. Relies on the updated set
of FONTS subdirectories, handles build/install correctly, and updates
the pkg-plist to match.
