  textproc/opensearch-dashboards219: Fix fake-qa plist path check

In post-install, generate TMPPLIST from the FAKE_DESTDIR staged files rather than the nonexistent host prefix. Use FAKE_DESTDIR prefix on the find and sed commands so that the fake-inst path is correctly stripped from the resulting plist, preventing fake-qa errors.
