  www/qt6-webengine: fix Chromium helpers on MidnightBSD

Allow Chromium helper scripts to recognize MidnightBSD so pkg-config flags, Blink formatting support, and license resource generation work during the Qt WebEngine build.

Prefix the unbundled Opus shim headers and apply DBus pkg-config flags to the DBus target so system headers are found correctly.
