  x11-fonts/comic-neue: fix STAGEDIR doubling and update font filenames

- Remove STAGEDIR from do-install (FONTSDIR already includes the fake
  prefix in MidnightBSD's make fake, causing doubled paths)
- Font files were renamed in 2.51: ComicNeue_Bold_Oblique.otf-style
  names with underscores replaced by ComicNeue-BoldItalic.otf-style
  names; Angular prefix changed from hyphen-separated to CamelCase
