  www/waterfox: fix doubled STAGEDIR path in post-install

DESKTOPDIR and PREFIX already resolve to the fake installation directory
in MidnightBSD's make fake, so prepending STAGEDIR doubled the path and
caused the .desktop and pixmap installs to fail with ENOENT.
