  math/kig: migrate to KDE Frameworks 6 / Qt 6

kig 25.12.0 uses KF6 exclusively. Update USES from kde:5/qt:5 to
kde:6/qt:6, replace the KF5 USE_KDE component list with KF6 equivalents
(drop kdelibs4support/xmlpatterns which don't exist in KF6/Qt6),
and use qt6-base (which bundles concurrent and printsupport) plus
qt6-svg. Update the FindBoostPython post-patch for the new
Python_ADDITIONAL_VERSIONS list that starts at 3.10 (not 2.7).
