  fix R-cran-brotli fake stage cleanup

Use the fake destination path when removing the optional R package bin directory and tolerate it being absent. This fixes Magus 2191450 where fake failed after the package did not create that directory.

  fix gmm++ Schwarz additive fallback

Use the dense LU solver when neither SuperLU nor MUMPS support is enabled. This fixes csound's linear algebra opcode build failure from Magus 2191592.
