  contrib/lua: add MIDNIGHTBSD-upgrade documenting loader LUA_AVOID_FLOAT patches

Record that the boot loader (stand/liblua) builds Lua without floats and
that contrib/lua/src/lcode.c and lstrlib.c carry LUA_AVOID_FLOAT guards
which a pristine vendor import will clobber, so the next importer knows
to re-apply them.
