  Fix Magus run 641 audio port failures

Move the AMR GStreamer plugin slaves to the good plugin dist where their Meson options now live, update webrtcdsp to the current webrtc-audio-processing dependency, and pass Audacity's existing SSE flag to the bundled pffft target.
