  www/R-cran-httr: add build deps for R imports

Magus run 641 failed during fake because R CMD INSTALL could not find httr imports curl, jsonlite, mime, openssl, and R6.

List those CRAN imports as build dependencies as well as runtime dependencies so they are present during the staged install.
