  lang/fpc: strip fake prefix from generated configs

Magus run 641 failed during fake-qa because samplecfg generated configuration files containing the staged fake prefix.

Remove FAKE_DESTDIR from the generated fpc and fppkg configs after samplecfg runs so the staged files contain runtime paths.
