  R-cran-Rcpp: update to 1.1.1

Update Rcpp to satisfy RcppArmadillo's CRAN dependency from Magus run 641.

Link Rcpp and RcppArmadillo against libexecinfo so their R package load checks resolve backtrace_symbols on MidnightBSD.
