  graphics/libprojectm: fix fake install path

Use the staged PREFIX path in post-install hooks because mports already runs them under the fake destination. This avoids constructing a doubled fake path for config.inp during the fake stage.

Also keep autoreconf on the bundled autoconf-archive macros so the shipped AX_CHECK_GL macro is used instead of the newer system copy.
