  Share .agents/skills with Claude Code via .claude/skills symlink

Claude Code only discovers project skills under .claude/skills, so the
skills in .agents/skills were invisible to it. Symlink .claude/skills to
../.agents/skills so Claude and Codex share one source of truth, and
gitignore the symlink.

Convert terminal.md to terminal/SKILL.md with valid name/description
frontmatter (the layout Claude requires) and strip the stray outer
markdown code fence. Content is unchanged; its description now notes the
rules are antigravity/agy-specific.
