  ObsoleteFiles.inc: remove obsolete OpenSSL 1.1.1 shared libraries

After the OpenSSL 3.0.x update (libssl/libcrypto SHLIB_MAJOR 111 -> 30),
the old .so.111 shared libraries are superseded. Add libcrypto.so.111
and libssl.so.111 (base and lib32) to OLD_LIBS so delete-old-libs
removes them.
