  devel/llvm18: fix MidnightBSD macro patch

Place the MidnightBSD target macro definitions next to the FreeBSD definitions so they apply inside the scope where Release and CCVersion are available.

This restores patch application and fixes the Targets.cpp compile failure seen in Magus run 641.
