  x11/xwud: update to 1.0.8

Update from 1.0.6 to 1.0.8. Changes: -help exits 0, man page
formatting/lint fixes, and optional meson build support (autoconf
remains the default). Built and staged (fake) on amd64; distinfo SHA256
matches the upstream announcement.
