  ai/codex: update to 0.144.6

Bump codex from 0.144.1 to 0.144.6 (latest upstream stable; 0.145.0 is
alpha-only). Only the main source tarball changed; the crate set in
Makefile.crates is unchanged and the v8 crate stays at 149.2.0, so all
existing patches apply cleanly.

Validated end-to-end on amd64: makesum, patch, build, package, and
deinstall/reinstall all succeed; installed binary reports 0.144.6.
