  magus: Fix semantic HTML syntax issues and missing Bootstrap styling

- Add missing closing anchor tag in machine.tmpl.
- Add table and table-striped Bootstrap classes to Latest Results table on index.tmpl.
- Wrap table loop rows inside tbody tags in machines.tmpl and run.tmpl.
