  devel/esbuild: update 0.27.1 -> 0.28.1 (#670)

Updates `devel/esbuild` from 0.27.1 to 0.28.1, matching FreeBSD.

Needed by the upcoming `devel/electron41`, which pins
`ESBUILD_VER=0.28.1` and expects the installed esbuild binary to match —
both trees carry a "Keep in sync with devel/esbuild" comment.

## Consumers

- `devel/electron40` pins `ESBUILD_VER` and is synced to 0.28.1 in a
separate PR.
- `devel/electron39`, `www/chromium` and `www/ungoogled-chromium` only
build-depend on the binary and pin no version, so they are unaffected.

## Validation

- `bmake makesum`, `bmake package` clean
- installed binary reports `0.28.1`
- portlint: 0 fatal errors
