  mail/squirrelmail: update to snapshot 20250613

Sync with the 20250613 development snapshot.

The existing patch (patch-plugins__squirrelspell__sqspell_config.php)
is unchanged and applies cleanly; pkg-plist needs no changes.

Note that snapshots.squirrelmail.org no longer serves this snapshot
(404).  The distfile was fetched from the freebsd.uzsolt.hu
persistence mirror already listed in MASTER_SITES, and the resulting
checksum reproduces FreeBSD's byte-for-byte.

Built and packaged on amd64 with the default php83 flavor.
