  mail/thunderbird: update to 153.0.2

Also move the candidates path from build1 to build2, matching
FreeBSD's 153.0.2.

Fix a malformed hunk in
patch-toolkit_components_protobuf_src_google_protobuf_thread__safe__arena.h.

touched only Makefile and distinfo.

Built and packaged on amd64.
