  mail/dovecot24: update to 2.4.5

- update dovecot from 2.4.4 to 2.4.5 and reset PORTREVISION
- refresh distinfo for the 2.4.5 tarball
- sync pkg-plist with the new release: add abnf.h, bitmap.h,
  idna.h, idna-punycode.h, imap-state-private.h, sasl-proxy.h,
  storage-version.h, xxh64.h and libexec/dovecot/imap-hibernate;
  drop punycode.h
