  mail/dovecot24: update to 2.4.5 (#792)

## Summary
- update dovecot from 2.4.4 to 2.4.5, reset `PORTREVISION` to 0
- refresh `distinfo` for the 2.4.5 tarball
- sync `pkg-plist` with the new release: add `abnf.h`, `bitmap.h`,
`idna.h`, `idna-punycode.h`, `imap-state-private.h`, `sasl-proxy.h`,
`storage-version.h`, `xxh64.h` and `libexec/dovecot/imap-hibernate`;
drop `punycode.h`

## Validation
- distfile SHA256 and size verified against `distinfo`
(`868c2686a61b5f8e00a3e4721789b1ab46e6528fd773a5fbed07a6ecba7731e6`,
8747733 bytes)
- plist changes derived from the staged 2.4.5 build

Prepared in a separate worktree off `origin/master` so it does not touch
unrelated in-flight work.

## Summary by Sourcery

Update the Dovecot 2.4 port to version 2.4.5 and align its packaging
metadata with the release.

Enhancements:
- Update the Dovecot 2.4 port to release 2.4.5 and synchronize its
package contents with the new release.

Chores:
- Refresh the distfile metadata and reset the port revision for the new
upstream release.
