  security/nss: update to 3.127

Upstream NSS 3.127 release. Required by www/firefox 155.0, which
declares a minimum of nss>=3.127.

The minimum NSPR requirement is unchanged at 4.39
(automation/release/nspr-version.txt), which devel/nspr already
provides, so no nspr bump is needed.

All existing patches apply cleanly with no changes. Built, staged,
and packaged successfully on amd64; generated nss.pc and nss-config
report 3.127.
