  mail/thunderbird: update to 155.0

Thunderbird 155.0 is the current release channel version; 154.0 was
superseded directly with no 154.0.x point release.

- Bump nss floor to 3.127 to match the bundled NSS_3_127_RTM tag that
  build/moz.configure/nss.configure requires for --with-system-nss.
- Bump rust-cbindgen floor to 0.29.4 as required by
  build/moz.configure/bindgen.configure.
- Upstream merged glxtest and vaapitest into a single gfxtest binary
  (toolkit/xre/moz.build), so update pkg-plist accordingly.

All existing patches apply without fuzz. Built, staged and packaged on
amd64; the staged binary reports "Mozilla Thunderbird 155.0".
